Atago Forest Preservation Association

For the conservation of Atago's greenery and trees, there are urgent issues that need to be addressed. We want to expand a special green area conservation area that has been untouched for nearly 40 years to protect the greenery. However, it is contrary to the reality, because the development of land in contact with the conservation area are about to be promoted one after another. As a result, a considerable number of trees have already been cut down and the greenery has disappeared. If we do not take any action against such a situation, the precious greenery of Mt. Atago will continue to shrink and become worm-eaten. Therefore, we decided to work on signing activities to solve the issues that must be dealt with urgently for the time being, and to reach out to the mayor of Fukuoka and the developers.
