Teruhano thorns. Many grow naturally on Mt. Atago. Vine shrub. Although it is a deciduous tree, it is evergreen on Mt. Atago. Similar to Novara, but with thick leaves. It is often found on sunny coasts and is also distributed inland.
Also known as Hahiibara. In spring, young branches and leaves grow, but the gloss of the leaves is even more noticeable.
