Zelkova. Also known as Tsuki. A deciduous tree of the genus Zelkova in the Ulmaceae family. It is one of the representative roadside trees distributed all over the country except Hokkaido. On Mt. Atago, there are no zelkova trees other than the roadside trees except for this one. This tree was also planted in the park.

明治通りの街路樹のケヤキ。樹高は20〜25mにもなり、樹形が独特のきれいな扇状で、遠くからでもそれとわかる。ここのケヤキは剪定されているため、本来の姿ではない。
ケヤキの幹。古くなると割れ目が目立つ（右側の幹）。
ケヤキの葉。紅葉すると赤色や黄色となり美しい。
