ヤブニンジン
Chestnut. Beech family Chestnut. It is dioecious and blooms from May to June. From September to October, a few fruits are borne in acorns with squid. It seems that there are two or three chestnut trees from the falling squid, but so far it has not been possible to identify which tree.
花期は4～5月。果実は２つに分かれ、2cmほどの細長くて棒状の硬い果皮が２本並ぶ。根茎を乾燥させて「和藁本(わこうほん)」という名の生薬に。頭痛、腹痛などに用いられる。
