Article 1 This organization is called "Atago Forest and Green Protection Association".

Article 2 The purpose of this organization is to preserve the forest and greenery of Mt. Atago and the culture of Mt. Atago.

​

Article 3 Members of this organization agree with the purpose of establishment, submit the prescribed application for membership, and pay the annual membership fee (general 1000 yen, university student 500 yen).

Article 4 The general meeting is held once a year with the participation of members of the Society, discusses necessary matters such as the activity policy of the Society, and decides based on a majority vote of the attendees.

Article 5 The Society decides one co-representative (regular), one co-representative (deputy), one secretary general, one accountant, one external affairs officer, and one accounting auditor by mutual election of members. ..

Article 6 The secretariat of the Society shall consist of co-representatives (primary and deputy), secretary-general, accounting staff, and public relations staff. The number of secretariat staff can be increased as needed.

Article 7 The budget and settlement of accounts of the Society will be decided at the general meeting. Membership fees, subsidies, donations, etc. must be managed under proper accounting management, audited by accounting audits, reported to the general meeting, and approved.

Article 8 The headquarters of the Society shall be located at the home of the co-representative (correct).

​

Article 9 This agreement will be enforced from April 15, 2017 (Heisei 29).
